When I first walked into Bill Howey’s acting studio I had no idea what to expect. I had taken a few years off from performing and I was anxious, excited, and a bit scared to be quite honest. From the moment I stepped on stage, I knew this wasn’t going to be a cake walk.  Bill is honest and challenging and never lets you stop working even when a scene goes well. You discover that you can always do more and by looking deep within yourself, you can find new and different ways to make the character truthful and affecting.  This class is not for actors looking to hear how good they are. This is a class for actors who want to improve their craft and aren’t afraid of criticism. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re already a working actor, one thing is for sure – you will grow in this class and it will make you a stronger, smarter and more bookable actor. Bill’s class has been instrumental in shaping my acting career and because of him I have gained a confidence in myself that I never knew I had.
